Order Cancellation, Delayed or Damaged Orders:
If you would like to cancel your order or your order came damaged, please contact our customer support, we will find a solution for you. You can cancel the order within 6 hours from the order time.

If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.
